Use of the service
Customers and users must use AIMIGA lawfully, protect access credentials, follow assigned permissions and process only information they are entitled to use. Misuse, interference with security or unlawful automated activity is prohibited.
AI output and responsibility
AI-assisted drafts, summaries and proposed actions require appropriate human review before customer-facing, financial, legal or otherwise sensitive use. The responsible user or customer retains ownership of final decisions, approvals and instructions.
Availability and service changes
AIMIGA may maintain, secure and improve the service over time. The signed order or customer agreement specifies purchased functionality, support, service levels and any binding commercial commitments.
Which agreement governs a customer rollout?
The signed order, subscription terms and any customer-specific agreement govern the commercial scope. Those documents may add to or replace general website terms where expressly stated.
