The signed order or customer agreement records the commercial terms before activation; no paid subscription exists without that signed document.
Plans and agreed scope
The signed order identifies included users, modules, integrations, support, service limits, usage-based services and any HEY AIMIGA devices. Features or services outside that scope require an agreed change.
Billing, renewal and cancellation
The signed order or customer agreement specifies price, taxes where applicable, billing period, payment terms, renewal, notice and cancellation. Those recorded terms govern; the public website does not by itself create a charge or subscription.
Onboarding and changes
The agreed implementation plan specifies discovery, configuration, migration, integrations, training, acceptance and responsible customer participants. Added complexity, usage or scope is handled through a documented change or new order.
Where are final subscription terms confirmed?
Users, modules, integrations, AI workflows, onboarding, billing, renewal and cancellation terms are confirmed in the applicable order or customer agreement before rollout.
